Finding a Room

How do I search for rooms?

Use the Explore page to filter by city, price, and features. You can also use the search bar in the header.

How do I save listings?

Click the Save button on any post. You'll find all saved posts in your Saved page.

Can I browse without an account?

Yes! You can browse all listings and profiles without logging in. You'll need an account to message, save, or post.

Posting & Hosting

How do I post a room listing?

Go to Create Post, select 'I have a room', and fill in the details about your space.

How do I post a room request?

Go to Create Post, select 'I need a room', and describe what you're looking for.

Can I edit my posts?

Yes, you can edit or delete your posts from your profile page.

Trust & Safety

How does verification work?

We offer three levels: email, phone, and ID verification. Each level increases your trust score.

How do I report a user?

Contact support with the username and details of the issue. We take all reports seriously.

Are messages private?

Yes, messages are only visible to the participants in the conversation.

Messaging

How do I message someone?

Click the Message button on any listing or profile. You need to be logged in.

Can I block someone?

Yes, you can block users from the conversation view. Blocked users cannot message you.
